Cloverwood is a full-service independent living community that reflects the attitudes of people who want the very best out of life. With the facility being built in 2004 this renovation was in celebration of its 20th year anniversary.

GDG worked closely with the Cloverwood team members to create the refreshed look throughout all of the common amenity areas. The project's main objective was to create beautiful, upscale spaces with residents' in mind, focus on enhancing independence to make life simpler, safer and more comfortable for residents. As well as being mindful that the overall feeling needs to be more home like and a non-institutional setting for residents. 

 

The team selected a color palette that is rich in texture with natural tones and pops of color, which is supplemented with various art and furniture accent pieces. Focusing on a modern transitional style by using unique decorative lighting, artwork, accessories and furniture. The renovation of the grand lobby, café, mail room, giftshop, dining room as well as club lounge and bar rounds out this renovation scope.
