For the financial services agency in Rochester, Getsloff Design Group had the opportunity of creating a new work environment for Northwestern Mutual's changing workplace. By bringing in plenty of natural light and utilizing more modern materials GDG was able to create a more upscale and inviting space that appeals to staff and clients alike.

With a defined client service area in the front of the office, clients, recruiters and staff members have a designated space to deliver a consistent high-end client experience. The remaining office space has transformed into an open and collaborative environment with sight lines from east to west through the building with a variety of spaces for employees to work individually or gather in groups.
